The production begins in 2015, our preserved roses are generated in the city of Tabacayun, our process is delicate and meticulous that seeks to maintain the natural beauty of the flowers over time.
Cultivation:
It all starts in cultivation, where a careful choice is made of the variety of roses that will be grown for the preservation process. Those with outstanding and durable aesthetic characteristics are chosen.
Roses are grown under controlled conditions that ensure healthy and uniform growth. Factors such as temperature, humidity and lighting are controlled to optimize flower development.
Harvest:
When roses reach their peak in size and quality, they are carefully harvested at the optimum time. This stage is crucial to ensure the quality of the preserved flowers.
Postharvest:
Immediately after harvesting, the roses undergo a preparation process. The rose is separated from the stem to facilitate the absorption of preservatives.
The prepared roses are immersed in a special solution of glycerin and organic dyes. Glycerin gradually replaces the natural sap of the flowers, preserving their cellular structure and prolonging their shelf life.
For a week, the roses absorb the glycerin solution, allowing for deep and even preservation. This process ensures that the flowers maintain their original shape and color.
After the complete absorption of the solution, the controlled drying process is generated and takes another week. This extra step ensures that the preserved flowers retain their natural appearance and resilience.
Each preserved rose undergoes rigorous quality controls to ensure that it meets established standards in terms of color, shape, durability and quality.
Product Creation
Once the roses have successfully passed the quality controls, we proceed to assemble them in arrangements, following specific designs according to market preferences, or we pack them unitarily in master boxes.
Packaging & Storage
The final product is carefully packed to ensure its protection during transportation. Subsequently, it is stored in optimal conditions to preserve its quality until it reaches the customer.
This integrated process, from cultivation to preservation, ensures the production of high-quality preserved roses, allowing the natural beauty of these flowers to be prolonged and enjoyed for significantly longer periods.
